Terms and Conditions

Delivery policy:

Normal orders: orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days

Promo orders: orders will be dispatched within 5-10 working days

Should a parcel that has been dispatched be sent back to us, the client will be required to pay R150 in order for us to dispatch their order again.

Terms:

Refunds and exchanges: We offer no refunds but we will gladly exchange a product that is faulty/broken

Returns: We do not accept any returns unless if the products delivered were faulty/broken.
